Running Yourself into the Ground

So the weather has suddenly brightened up and its lovely to see so many people don their trainers and go out running. BUT I can’t believe how many of you out there have problems that you probably don’t even know about. Yesterday driving up the A41 I lost count of the flat feet, pronated ankles, knock knees, rotated hips and off line shoulders I saw.

Look …these things may not be bothering you now but they will later. Knee, back and neck pain are just one symptoms of those off line joints wearing out the wrong way. Plus hamstring pulls, calf strains and so on.
